Heath

Can I just say that I am super excited for Teamwork Tuesday this week? This week we are all highlighting Heath! He is a sweet 10 1/2 year old boy who is in the hearts of many advocates including a special friend of mine Leah who has made it her mission to raise as much money as she can for him.

Heath has Down syndrome and is very small for his age. There are no details on whether he can walk, talk or has other medical conditions but what we do know is that he needs a loving family ASAP. He has been transferred to a less than ideal institution already so the faster a family can go save him the better. He has over $3500.00 in his grant and that number will keep increasing if my friend has any say in it. She is devoted to finding him a family.
