Maternity Pictures

Since Darin wasn't able to be home during the pregnancy and birth of the twins we weren't able to get maternity pictures done the first time around. This time around since he's home we were able to get them done. I was fortunate enough to do a photoshoot for an amazing photographer and in return get maternity photographs done for us. Marv Heston is by far one of the easiest and most talented photographers I've ever worked with. All the images turned out great but here are just a few of my favorites.

California

Over the summer we got to fly down to California and finally meet our new cousin Malik! My uncle adopted him months ago and finally at 9 months we got to meet him. I was a couple months pregnant so I wasn't feeling a 100% but the trip was well worth it. I can't wait to watch gorgeous little Malik grow up and am so glad hes a part of our family.

Blake Shelton!!!

I haven't posted in a while so I'm going to go on a posting spree.
Blake Shelton is both Darin and I's favorite male country singer so for our anniversary back in July he got us front row centered seats to his concert. He was so excited about the concert so after pulling a few strings my present to him but for him to get to meet Blake. It was such a great night. We got to talk and laugh with Blake and during the concert it felt like it was a private concert just for us. As you can see in the pictures he was singing right to us most of the night! What a perfect 5th anniversary.

It's a GIRL!

I am happy to announce that we are finally having a baby girl! We really wanted a girl and were willing to try one more time after this baby if we didnt get one. I'm so glad we don't have to worry about that now. We may eventually have another one down the road or possibly adopt but that won't be for years and years from now. Our family is complete now.

This is our baby girl (Presley) in 3-d. Shes already so cute!

Made sure to check and recheck the gender. And look theres nothing inbetween her legs! Its all GIRL!

Baby makes 5!

I'm happy to finally announce that after a year of trying we are finally expecting our 3rd baby making it the 5th Beckwith family member! I guess this is why god found a family for little Victoria. Our baby is Due the beginning of Feb of 2010 but I will be delivering it via C-section late Jan most likely. We dont know if its a boy or girl yet, but we do know that theres only 1 in there now. So far the pregnancy hasn't been too terrible, a breeze compared to the twins but still suffered from morning sickness. :( Darin was a big help and am so glad he hasnt been deployed this time around. He wakes up every morning he doesnt work and takes care of the boys for me so I can sleep in. For 3 months straight he cooked me breakfast since I was too sick to make anything, even though It never stayed down it was the thought that counted.
The baby is measuring correctly for its gestational age and everything. I get my second part of the Sequential Screening done in a couple weeks to rule out chromosomal defects (which we all know I would see as a blessing!) We do know that this pregnancy is high risk again. Our baby this time around has a single umbilical artery which can cause some heart and kidney problems. But I have a few friends that experienced this with their babies and they are completely healthy so I am not too worried about it. On a positive note I get more ultrasounds than the average!

This is me at 15 weeks. I looked back and this is about the size I was with the twins around 11ish weeks! I'm glad my belly won't be freakishly huge this time around! This will be the last time I'll ever be 15 weeks pregnant. We are hoping to only adopt after this little peanut!

O Ke Aloha Ka'iu

This years family family vacation took us to Oahu, HI! It was the best family vacation we have had so far. We stayed for 7nights, 8days right on the Waikiki beach, then went straight to SLC Utah to visit Darins family. Although the flights were very long, the boys did great! I have to say the portable DVD players are a life saver. While we were in Hawaii I think we did every possible touristee thing possible since it was Darin and the boys first time there. The boys loved going to the beach everyday and splashing in the water, and now that were back home in WA they still try and get into the freezing Puget Sound. lol

Such handsome little beach boys.

A true daddys boy. He was glued to his daddy most of the trip even when daddy was trying to get a little sun.

Me and Peyton enjoying the water.

Didnt really think he was going to take a picture.

Our visit to the Pearl Harbor site.

Of course we had to go to Davins favorite restaurant Hooters. Hes only 18 months but he sure knows when were at Hooters.

Davin wasnt shy about making friendly with the hawaiian girls. He actually wouldnt come back to us for quite some time after this picture was taken. It was also in front of a very large audience so he put on quite a show.

On the Waikiki strip.

Davin and I at the Halona Blowhole. Davin loved the wind!

The Beckwith family in Hawaii!

We got to meet up with a very close high school friend of mine and got to finally meet her gorgeous kids, Elle and Rocky in Salt Lake City, UT.

Peyton preferred riding on the suitcase instead of his stroller.

Our Seattle Outing.

Since we have had such a weird and bad winter we jumped on the first nice day in a while and headed to Seattle for a long fun filled day! We took the ferry to the Seattle Aquarium and spent the day just walking the piers, something we used to always do before the boys were born. I'm glad the boys have come to the age where they enjoy new surroundings.
Daddy and his mini me. Their inseperable.

One of the most beautiful winter days in rainy Washington.

On the Ferry ride.

Between the seagulls flying overhead and the wind Davin was having a blast!

Always together!

Dont know how much longer they'll fit in one swing.

They have never loved anything so much! They really thought that they were "driving!"
