How handsome is this 2 year old? His name is Robert, and he is waiting for his forever family to find him. Robert has Down syndrome and a patent foramen ovale which is a relatively common condition. A patent foramen ovale is a hole in the heart that should have closed shortly after birth, many people have this and don't even know it. In most cases, this is a condition that doesn't need any treatment.
Robert currently is in an orphanage that is known to take very good care of the children. Adoptions in his region usually require 3 seperate trips to the country, with very minimal in-country travel.
